Sure..... and it is over 300 times higher than it was right after the devastating r/s...... My guess is, there's been a lot of illegally issued shares.... via bogus opinion letters by shady lawyers, who, along with the company, routinely ignore Rule 144 to dump restricted shares by the millions.
In fact, considering the huge volume, no doubt the float is still ballooning, and way above 300m.
