I would doubt they could disclose any info regarding cargo contracts prior to finalizing the disposition of the evac.

I am sure nothing is in bindng yet. But I am absolute certain that there are talks and paperwork all lined up waiting for the "moment," to see this happen.

They already got the approval to do this, it would be an idiotic to not let this opportunity go, and I don't think Baltia management is willing to lose this opportunity.

There are always things moving at JFK, so they will have cargo lined up very quickly when the time is ready.

There was a bunch of contracts lined up a while back and one of them was fuel agreement. I'm sure contracts for cargo is in there somewhere.
