Nope. SUTI responsible to let shareholders know that Jorge resigned or was dismissed. <---that's your SUTI shell holder, stock promoter Edward Vakser. Jorge is gone. The change in Q2 pretty much solidifies that. It's a bazaar change (probably not legal) but it is telling.
PS, Vakser won't do an r/s with only 2.9 billion o/s. Not his style. His friends ("the funders") would never be able to sell notes if Eddie did an r/s now, so close to the last one. One can always hope though ;-)
