you are correct - mea culpa.
And I would be more than satisfied to see BALTIA becoming certified by end of this year.
So, I'm still full of hope that at least this mini mini decision or at least any kind of decision will come in the course of October.
And I do hope that BLTA is still actively working together with the FAA to accelerate the process as they for sure recognise the damage this waiting does to the whole enterprise.

Yes but revenue will start early with proving flights because those who understand the process say the jumbo jet can carry cargo on proving flights generating EARLIER than anticipated revenue.
