why would it pop? there is no merger, they dropped the ball. That's why these ah0les shouldn't lead investors on with a pending merger if they're not positive about it.

The Wyoming SOS has the A/S as 20 Billion Common Shares and 10,000 Preferred Shares.

AHFD filed to dissolve the corporation with the California SOS.

The pending was pending approval by the Wyoming SOS - which is just a rubber stamp.

They laid the wood to shareholders with such massive dilution. But it will be followed by a reverse split.
