Short covering is a main reason for TRCA up in the last 2 days. Bid and ask spreads more than 10 cents during trading hour. I don't think TRCA has any new retailers since Jan 2006. There is war between hedge short fund and inst holders. I run TRCA board too, and I see no one come to TRCA board to post anything....lol

Your litigation perspective is excellent. Please keep explaining the case to us. We are glad to have you and abharploonta and a few others w/ law backgroud in this stock.

Well it appears that we have the answer to your question
regarding the rise in TRCA's stock. While I see as much
negative to their press release as I do positive as far
as TRCA's concerned, the one thing I do take from their
news is the fact that someone is really working the
investment community. The reason I say this is after looking
at the movement on Friday, someone had to be leaking this
information in a big way. I think this demonstrates a
position of weakness, and desperation on TRCA's part.
