Cause they're NEVER going to answer it. They used to have a real person answer the phone...as recently as two weeks ago. Now all you get is voicemail.

It's a shame...it used to be such a great website, nothing like the Yahoo zoo, but still pretty liberal so you didn't have to consult Miss Manners Book of Etiquette before posting.

They'll probably flatline soon. RIP.
