Even at $17.43 this company was priced as a scam considering its fundamentals because it was in a sector with another 40-50 companies of which their CEO don't do the minimum to support the PPS.The biggest red flag of all should have been that Solomon wants to list on a higher exchange.It is a way of postponing doing what has to be done in favour of the shareholders.Does the OTC prohibit share buybacks and dividends?

man they ask a lot of us as stock holders... I'm holding on but I'll tell you a lot of dead wood on this BOD.

They have been abusing their shareholders for more than 5 years, why change now :-)
Agree about the dead wood, Nisse for example can't do much constructive work at all these days, he could keep his chair but "work" pro bono from now on imo. What Yap, with all his connections in HK and other places have done for us is totally beyond my comprehension though!
What's fascinating atm, besides the FN debacle of course, is what a guy like Tomas is doing for example!?? As I understood his role he would meet instis and alikes, since he joined I haven't seen anything that says any new insti is onboard. S said in April CC (IIRC) that a dozen new instis had came onboard, true or not, can't say...but after April it doesn't seems like we had any deep pocket buyers around at all....!!

Also, Bertil told us at April CC that he had piles of works about new loan possibilities...they stood more or less inline it sounded like...what happened since....nothing!
Better stop thinking about how extremely poorly these guys have performed otherwise I might get some ideas here ;-)
