Based on the chart and bull-flag your lines indicate, looks like 6.5% is the target...

Look at the bigger picture, and who knows how high interest rates go to "fight inflation" or better yet... stall the inevitable bankruptcy of fiat...

Reminds me a lot of the $GOLD chart, except it seems to always be lagging...
