OXGN .84 - enter 1st position in this weakness. I'm guessing the 1.20 cash-per-share has been burnt down to 1.00 or so and this pps meltdown is most likely the result of management blowing out some S-3 shares in order to alleviate any future worries with regard to country club dues, green fees, and mama's BMW payment?
