mikeisme: I understand it can/does happen sometimes, but after 7 months of uninterupted service? To have it happen (if that's what happened) two times in a row seems a bit strange. I live in a town of about 1250 people. Smallville, USA.
What you stated as a solution using the postal drop box. That's great. But, my problem is I never received them. No opportunity to do so.

Again, this in conjunction w/ some of the stores still not open that were scheduled? I don't know, and I'm not holding anything against them...afterall, this is a "new" steep curve they are embarking on and it's only human to maybe have to take it a bit more easy than originally anticipated.
