It appears comical to me (urban not at ur expense at the defendants) they appear to use an old Italian mob trick with casinos. I invest an already established company, while convincing you to take out a loan through a company I secretly own, when you can't pay, I steal the casino for pennies on the dollar.

Lol it's laughable that the defense try to poo poo a merger when you are saying you forclosed on a non transferable liscence. All this while providing only emails, letters, and not one notarized or filed document with any state or governing body
