Don't assume/presume anything when it comes to TMMI. I know that the former management (Fernandez) didn't like Panik and I was at a DFMI shareholders meeting wherein he didn't want Panik sitting in the same room as him. I think Panik felt the same with Fernandez but was much nicer than Fernandez.
It appears to me that TMMI has listened way too much to Fernandez and Simpson in formulating strategy(s) against Dimension and that God-awful purchase of a shell company (DFI) that didn't have the rights to any codec (JMHO). This will bite us in the derrier (IMO).
