The bottom will come after uspr board members start dumping for Christmas loot. Looks like uspr is at its new yearly high around 6 or 7 cents.

uspr board members might charge Christmas on credit cards, then dump few months after Christmas. But they will dump, the party and payroll must go on. GO uspr tear-em new arse.

the problem with that is with almost 500k shares trading today and a low of .0522, there were some real sellers around too. does that mean uspr is going lower??????

i am gonna say that we very likely have seen the bottom already and the move upward looks to start soon, in my opinion.
