erock500: Sorry to say but I don't remember our last enounter. Sorry if I was rude. If you read my last post, I'm just as surprised as anybody about my experience w/ them the last month.
I'll try to not get too discouraged, yet. There has to be a logical explanation and I just want to get to the bottom of it.
Thanx for the number. The "888" toll-free number that xanadu provided me (Thanx again, xan) unfortunately got me nowhere. It was a recording that, if I remember correctly, stated something or other (basically, wasn't a customer service number any longer) and then asked for a password for me to get "in" if I were a technician...or something like that. Very strange.
I'll try it on Monday if I haven't gotten anywhere w/ this issue by then. I'm not holding my breath over the weekend.
