O wow i kinda had a similar experience in CC. the kid didnt know what I was talking about and had to ask someone else. we found them at the begining of each isle and at the end. but remember not all stores have them yet, the rollout is in progress. we have a subscription too, we lost the return envelope and got a new one without too much trouble. Gzfx is geared to family types with clean movies. hopefully there still are people who clean movies. it is one reason I like them ,I rather my kids watch something decent....he he limit there choices ..lol..
