The SEC has demonstrated intolerance for SEC Registrants that do not meet their obligations to file Financials. Advanced Battery hasn't filed Financials since 2011 so it is unlikely the company can or will file ALL delinquent Financials immediately. Advanced Battery could have simply filed a FORM 15 4 years ago to voluntarily cease reporting to the SEC and become a non-reporting stock on the OTC, but the company did not do so, and it is too late to do so.
The SEC will revoke Advanced Battery's stock registration whereby the stock will no longer have a ticker and will not trade on any market.
