Well there is no point to sell in the trough, you sell at the peak. Currently we are not in an overbought peak, goal is to make money. Best way to make money is to sell high. You can be sure there will be many troughs and peaks regardless of the uplisting.
Anyways, 10% chance to list still in 2015. So there is a chance albeit a small one. 50% chance in 2016 at this point given the company's credibility or lack thereof. 100% chance that they will say OSE is "very close" regardless of it is actually going to happen and the market will react on that information and the stock will go north.
