Thats a long wait for a sub penny stock, let alone for the amount of dilution to occur. Also your estimate on net profit being 30% seems high...

its clear once again today...as long as they can sell/dilute over 0.005 (even if its just few hundred thousand shares per day) they go ahead to pay debt off...so on first glace it looks bad, but the "responsible" maintenance of the pps above halve a cent can get the job done...EOY pps will be great
