The company DOES NOT market itself nor compete in the market as an energy drink.

I think I'll rely on what the company advertises and tells me over fabricated statements regarding what this product is!

As someone who works in healthcare sports drinks are simply meant to replenish what is lost during workouts, salt, sugar and water.

Energy drinks (simple ones anyway not talking 4 Loko) basically do the same thing but throw some caffeine into the mix.

Neither are meant to be consumed unless you are engaging in activity, period. But not many actually care.
