If this was such a big hire, where was the press release?

Who said there was supposed to be a press release? You have not been paying attention at all. Biotech is directly in the middle of a paradigm shift in understanding the immune system and PS Targeting is involved 100%, so there will be no press releases at all.

CSM = Clinical Supplies Management with CEO Gerald Finken paid about $600,000 over to Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, all in order to settle the sabotage case and they agreed to pay so that tells me they were liable but getting off the hook here. Notice how the depositions were mostly sealed from the public and the public was not allowed to see all statements. Now take that further, and the case was sealed from the public and why ??

Because CSM was part of the sabotate and don't forget about Peregrine requesting the other "sealed from the public" documents....

Peregrine seeks highly relevant materials in its subpoena to Merix
Pharmaceuticals ("Merix") that were previously produced by CSM to Merix in Merix Pharmaceuticals Corporation v. Clinical Supplies Management, Inc., No. 11-CV-03318 (N.D. Ill.) (the "Merix Litigation") involving similar issues.

so now you know why I think the case was closed. No way did CSM want those other sealed records opened because they would have had no where to turn for excuses what happened. Their response? Pay Peregrine $600,000 and agree to seal all records from the public....so talk about opening up a can of worms. The FDA would have had one hell of a story front and center for months... and months leading up to the presidential election
