IDCC came up on radar screen a while ago because of original principals of IDCC are now at PANL. Their chairman and CFO held similar positions at IDCC in the frothy days.
PANL still sucking a lot of money to principals from stock offering to be of worthwhile.
A friend who told me about PANL told me about FLML. They rhyme. <g> It's story looks more compelling. If it gets Forbes writeup, you know wide ride is possible on small float stock.
