Not necessarily, the Feuerstein-Ratain Rule would indicate that unless we get a SP move to reflect a MC in excess of $300 million, it is highly likely that SUNRISE will be a failure (based upon prior biotech experience). There is still time, but we should start to see a move higher if in fact Bavi is all that.
