You should have been putting zero stock in what he said from the beginning. I wouldn't rely on a message board post for my DD. I do appreciate what Jersey has contributed to this board, but I also never took it to be hard facts. I always understood his posts to be of something he had heard, not anything written in stone. Everyone on this board has something to contribute, what you do with the information is your responsibility.
You need to do your own DD. If you believe anyone on this board 100% than you are the idiot. If you buy this stock based on Jersey telling you he thinks the deal is done and you have not thought about it or done your own DD than you are the idiot. He is not an insider and is not privy to that info. Based on his conversation with tom mitchell of actsoft who said everything is on schedule and the fact that tom was going to be at the conf call he thought the deal was a sure thing. Mitchell was not completely honest with him. After years of investing, I know, the deal is not done until the ink is dry. I did not buy or sell based on jersey's opinion. This is not Jersey's fault! You can believe whatever you want. His credibility is still intact for me.
