No point removing seal until DISCOVERY AND DEPOSITIONS FINISHED. Fairholm requested EXTENDSION on discovery and depositions. That is exactly what that print stated but from perspective Fed didn't want documents unsealed to public.
This information released by one case and not the other 19 puts the information out there without jeopardizing the other 19 cases unless they agreed to terms. I don't see that happening once Sweeney gave her blessings, she lost control outside her court room, and Fairholme can not be held responsible for the other 19 cases, after all he had court blessing to share.
