I see her with an undergraduate and three post graduate degrees. I have an MBA but not 4 degrees. My point is, why are you denigrating her PHD and MBA by calling her a nurse who got a "nice promotion." Even her Masters was earned almost 20 years ago and you are denigrating her accomplishments and advancement since then? I doubt that most people call you just a high school graduate, but maybe they do.... what do I know.
