Old enough to have been EVICTED from their Florida Corporate Headquarters forcing them to move their "Corporate Headquarters" into what THEY called a "SUITE" which is actually just A RENTED MAILBOX in the local GOIN' POSTAL store. ;-)

The formation of DSUS was announced on April 29, 2015 following a reverse merger with PVEC. It traded initially as PVECD then had a ticker change to DSUS in May.

There is absolutely no connection to the old company: completely different area of business (the burgeoning industrial / commercial grade done business), no real property, and all new BOD.
