I think this was a telling hint " AZN is not in the first pole position" GILD looks to be a good choice.

if AstraZeneca is not in first pole position and AstraZeneca is referring to the deal that they made with Peregrine Pharmaceuticals as "...our partnership", then I wonder what the deal will be referred to with one that is in first pole position ?

CALICO.... you guys hearing this ? : ) better just call SK in the a.m. and conference on UTSWM and Abbvie all while you are at it and all just pony up some Billions of dollars and if you do not, someone else will (Gilead??) : )
