My guess would be that there's knowledge of what's ahead and there were stock options or other "sign on" type arrangements made. Only a knucklehead would take options in a company in lieu of employment with a great company without some solid speculation that they were worth more than a roll of tp. And while I'm still not sure how I will vote, SK bringing in qualified people is the mark of a good CEO and is a positive. Not sure it trumps some of the other issues at this time but it sure is the right move. IMHO.
People leave companies for different reasons. We don't know if she was forced out or fired. But at the very least it's good news that she picked PPHM when she could have picked some other company.
