LOL, If the TA is "gagged" how did you know the current OS was "maxed out"? In fact from the latest 10-Q (it was filed in last August which was just one month before the CH11) the OS was only 174M shares! As a common sense the Q company could not dilute any unissued shares after the bankruptcy. How could the OS be increased to your speculated "500M" from just 174M? For a Q stock the traded volume larger than the OS is not abnormal: 250M/174M = 1.4 times turnover rate which is normal, especially that was a one-day-only action right after the CH11 filing event. I wish you could show any real number to prove the OS is not 174M shares, instead of purely speculation and guessing some ridiculous number...
At $0.0002 the MV of VIICQ is just $34K which is ridiculous low even it is a Q stock!
