[OT] gfp: You want to use Avastin or Lucentis (an antibody fragment of Avastin). No ifs, ands, or buts—these are the only drugs that have shown the ability to restore lost vision.
The Lucentis PDUFA date is June 30; if approved, I expect DNA to launch the product immediately.
Avastin is being widely used off-label in AMD, at least until Lucentis is launched.
