meat, again, this is where you are so, so naive. in every bk that I have been involved in that fdick has been involved in, they use the same lingo, always, they never state affirmatively that share holders or whomever will get nothing until the case is close BUT I HAVE READ THAT LANGUAGE IN SEVERAL BANKING BK THAT I FLIPPED AND THE LANGUAGE IS ALWAYS THE SAME.
for that matter, the trustees use that same language as well.
You can make a lot of money flipping bk's once they hit the pinks and I have traded several banks so I'm talking from experience. Banks are a good bk trade because of the same chit wamu dd'ers are talking about, infamous holding company assets, so the mm's start the rumors, get the ball rolling and share price rockets to a 10 bagger. Wamu did the exact same before the mm's were through playing. Do you remember those days.
