how quickly will it become public information if they agree to something? will we see a court filing with a $ amount in it if they agree to something? ... If they agree to something then as soon as it becomes public knowledge then we should immediately see a huge volume and price spike as AS steps in and buys everything that's not nailed down. would you agree?
