Even if they used yesterday's closing pps to convert the remaining 16M C's, they'd still need to increase the a/s to 500M. 200M definitely won't cut it, and I doubt 300M will, either.

Heaven forbid should they be able to convert at .05 or lower. Then a 1B a/s would be needed.
