No chapter 11. The only problem is that they are getting nothing for the warrants. They were supposed to be worth $50m to the company. Doh!

The company is fine though, for now.

They just have to decide in 6 months do they go OTC or do a massive Reverse split to stay Nasdaq compliant. Really they are at the mercy of the C holders. If they are out in 6 months, do the split. If not, go OTC until the C holders simmer down.

We'll see... No chapter 11 anytime soon though IMO.
