I don't think it would take quite that....but..
If indeed Praxsyn is generating significantly growing sales revenues right now, why not announce it like they did in February?? If they sold say 7 Million (or more) in PPO sales through NHS for August, why not release that info? I can see no reason not to. I think it would be very beneficial for all investors...
I definitely agree about share structure....If this stock is undervalued and I was the CEO, simply putting up a wall of stock to buyback at say .015 when being an insider you know its definitely worth .05-.10 or more seems like a prudent thing to do...Then you could simply retire the shares...That would be providing shareholder value...of course, same could be accomplished by negotiating with preferred sellers to sell at the .015 point as well....same effect...
The only other major catalyst that could provide some spark is if the TPS debacle is settled very much in Praxsyn's favor...
Websites and other fluff pr's aren't going to do much...actually they usually backfire....need to provide valuable data and direct actions to benefit shareholders....Not very impressive when shareholders start turning on the company and on even worse on each other....
Let's see what Ed can do over the next 5 days to save the Titanic
I'm definitely sinking underwater on my shares I have right now so I guess I have to hold my breath!!!
