he stated the intentions loud and clear in the last presentation about the increase, need for funds and the utilization of the funds being raised. nothing should be a surprise. bottom line, companies go public to raise funds... otherwise they'd all be private. EVERY public traded stock sells shares bud.
spend a little time looking into that team. they have lifelong careers in mining, very successful careers. they aren't here to have $20k split between all of them with 200 million shares being sold at .0001. love 'em, hate 'em... at some point logic need be applied as well.
