I don't think it is cut and dried.....thus the reason we are still here.

The Receivership can't be closed with the DB suit still outstanding.

For me the $151B (subragated claim) and the $165B R203 have been debunked.

However, the two main questions for me are....

Will JPM made to pay a premium for the assets/liabilities they have received?....Book Value?

Are there WMI assets still hidden? WAAC, WMMSC or any other subs...
