They were a QB stock when I first got here, one of the reasons I thought this company might be more credible, then the requirement of a minimum 1 cent share price was put in place and the status was lost when management decided to increase the A/S by a billion and max it out again. But hey, at least they bought a distributor with negative cash flow.
