NOTHING has been shipped to be clear, more of the same "it'll happen SOON" PRs they've dosed out for literal years as they dilute.

Wasn't the latest PR how they were expecting a Cummins engine to arrive within "90 days" to NJ? Then they would test it in its original state then add the magic parts while they dilute? Not very far along suddenly.

Sounds like more gobbledygook used to peddle shares.

The transfer agent is gagged btw. And they dumped 239,000,000 shares last quarter alone. IMO a total dilution bomb disaster.

Any real DD clearly shows that they have no relationship in China with Cummins, they have however announced that they have had discussions with a Chinese company that does subcontract work for Cummins! Just as they have dealings in the USA with a Cummins Dealership. Anybody ever call Cummins to see if Corp HQ will acknowledge any relationship with Coates? Try it! They gave no knowledge of who George Coates even is! It all sounds good until you peel the onion back and find out that all of Coates PR's are purposefully vague so they can't be sued! All the kook aide drinkers would have the newbies thinking that after 20 years of nothing but converting shares to cash for their own personal benefit the 20 year old BS this company puts out is suddenly real! Typical stink or pinkie ! Wash, rinse and repeat! They already have the repeat portion takin care of ! Check the filings boys and girls! Coates already has an approved RS in place!
