Entirely too expensive. They'd almost have to pay a premium above the pps. As I said if they paid a penny we're talking about $50mm to acquire only 20k subscribers, potentially lets say 80k subs by years end. Using the 80k at $40 per subscriber asquisition cost, above what they pay out now, would be only $3.2mm. Even adding on inventory, which they probably don't necessarily need, the DCs which are not automated and probably not needed by them, they can't use our software, our value to NF or BBI is minimal.
IMO, my WAG, at a stretch, we might be worth $25mm now as we stand as an operating company. Including money in the bank, inventory, goodwill, etc.. Now, tear that apart and absorb what you can into an existing company we might only be worth $12mm if we still have $6mm in the bank.
Also, throw in the fact that Circuit City may not continue a relationship with them, or NF or BBI may not want to keep it going, that potential increase in value may be wiped out also.
