IMO the FDIC is holding the assets plus cash off balance, trying to figure how to return to WM without a national scandal. That is the reason they won't acknowledge the assets. By law they are not supposed to hold assets of holding Co., but they seem to do as they please
Again some of you think this case is being handled on "YOUR" timelines and I'm saying it's clearly not!!! As for the hundreds of billions you quote religiously, I think my sig clearly states my expectation ie $2-$10 billion not hundreds. Please address responses to me in accordance with those figures. Again, when the bankruptcy and claims are finalized, I expect the picture to become clearer to all, which will reveal what will return, not before.
