Yes, but peregrines suit against CSM for negligence appears to have been dismissed due to the economic loss doctrine. It made me believe anyone can be negligent without penalty. Absurd, but if it worked for peregrines lawsuit against CSM, then surely it would work in the shareholder suit against peregrine, no?
The negligence of CSM outweighed the negligence of peregrine 10 fold in my eyes... And yet the economic loss doctrine states CSM won't have to pay much, if anything at all :-( surely, even if there is any merit in the class action, not much, if anything would be paid, as the trial against CSM sets a presidency?
