. All are sheer speculation until we hear otherwise from Peregrine, and contribute to the entertainment side of the board. I wouldn't be surprised to see (at some point) where PPHM is accused of lying about some or most of these "rumors".

Well I have a couple theories. One being that someone got close to uncovering the truth about either a partner or buyout and this was a way of squashing rumors while deals were under way. Two they don't want investors to have pie in the sky ideas about any of these possible deals

A slight variation of 6, funding existing trials AND trials that been described (at least one smallish combo and one large trial).

If SUNRISE does not hit 2nd I/A, and runs a modest bit long, that could mean well into '17 'till data. With the extra trials, 100M will certainly not be unreasonable. With $80M preferred and $20M common that is something like 130M shares reserved or sold at current prices. Then some fudge for uncertainties and price variability. And of course some for management/BoD.

More funds needed to complete PIII as current enrolled patients of both arms are living well past expectations and trial now expected to last 5 more years.
