Just curiuos but why would anyone spectulate that assets will come back to shareholders if it has never happened before? If every time a company went into BK the assets were gone there would never be a reason to think they would be returned in the first place. IMO the only reason that anyone can mInipulate or spectulate a bk is because assets can be returned and in this case they have already admitted that there are assets left over.
If there were nothing left escrows wouldnt exist and there would never have been shares issued to the people who owned shares in the bk
The debtors estate owes the Piers only $51 million, yet they have not paid them as of yet....why? Too many people here presume to be "in the know" when obviously they are not. Again, the professionals and only the professionals here control the pace of activities to the conclusion of this case. There are still a few outstanding issues to be dealt with before any real progress to closing this bankruptcy off is seen.
