Agree Wook, I need a good reason for the 175 million shares....otherwise it is just outrageous.
And no, even with a third nacelle, Warp 10 is the best you can do. Now, there are ways to use subspace conduits to get to distant places in quicker time, but it wasn't by going faster....it was by making the distant shorter using sub space. There was an episode in Voyager where Ens. Paris supposedly traveled faster than Warp 10....but most everybody agrees that that was an anomaly created by the writers who took too much liberty....it defied all the logic of everything Star Trek was built on. Some people want that episode erased...it was just wrong. Wook, trust me....I am an engineer....you cannot exceed Warp 10. But you ate correct about speed of light.....bending space is what warp is about...not going faster than the speed of light. I could go into it more....but I am tired.
