Till they do something with all the rigs they have stacked and no new contracts being given, it is going to be a hard road for them. The other problem is most all their rigs are 35 years old, hard to figure how bad management was to be in such problems with all the junk iron, that should have been paid off long time ago...
None of the major oil companies want to use old junk iron, when new top of the line rigs are available at the same day rate.
