JCP Wholesale "deal" was done when MCIG FAILED to sign two LARGE distributors. JCP has been in business only since April 2015 and do NOT have access to 1000's of active retail accounts.
Your interpretation is probably accurate. Much of the numbers being thrown around about JCP FUTURE sales will likely depend on how much they can actually get rid of from the original purchase order.
The forward looking statement of $1 Million is just FLUFF Pull Shyte PR statements.
As you know, many of MCIGs forward looking statements have failed.
The fact that JCP signed a Master Distributor Agreement (MDA) with mCig would point to them being an independent entity from mCig. If mCig had set them up they would be a subsidiary or controlled company and wouldn't need an MDA. It is possible that mCig could hold a minority interest in the company or that it could be controlled by an mCig insider. However, if they were controlled by mCig it would make more sense to just integrate them with mCig's sales force. Whoever they are, they obviously had a sales pipeline going before the 6/22/15 PR.
