I have never found any info about jcp wholesale....doubt there is such a company. Not searchable to success on the internet and EVERYONE is on the internet. Even little old me. :-)

JCP was a done deal when it was announced. They'd already produced $185,000 in sales for mCig when the deal was disclosed on 6/22/15...

In addition to the MDA, mCig also announced today a Sub-Distribution Agreement (SDA) with JCP Wholesale, a deal which has already resulted in $185,000 in sales and a contract for $1 million of future product sales in 2015.

I suspect that when Just Chill signed the Master Distributor Agreement with mCig, their existing sales team may have decided to set themselves up as a separate company called JCP and work as a sub under mCig. If they already had some customer deals in the pipeline it might have made sense for them to do that. Think about it, their alternatives would have been to loose their jobs or work directly for mCig. As an independent company they could exploit their pipeline and existing customers to maximize their income. (JMO).
