And the issues in Canada?

Dabney has a record of stock fraud, in 2 countries, doesn't he?

And a history of rather serious fraud at that, isn't it?

Involving false PRs in American otcbb listings, doesn't he?

And CBIS has a record of false PRs which never came to fruition, doesn't it?

And serious pharmaceutical research is known to cost billions, right? While CBIS has nowhere near the resources to do anything but file reports and keep the website up, right?

Or have they ever accomplished anything legitimate?

Is somebody going to seriously claim this is a real company doing legitimate research that does not involve getting high on a couch in front of a TV?

Thanks for the simpler recap. It seems like we should give Dabney a second chance here, then. Based on what you've said, he owned up to his mistakes and has tried to make good on them. I think I saw another post either from yourself or newmedman about how you can contact somebody if you had anything to do with Dabney's prior convicted case and reach a settlement very easily.

I think there is something to be said for a man who learned the hard way. It's the guys that never get caught that you really need to watch out for.

Digression: CBIS is on a thin line mission and it's easy to read into their story and cast doubt and suspicion, but the fact is; they are a pharmaceutical research company with no income and working on products that are of questionable legality in a constantly changing environment and I think they have been very public with the financials and disclosures of their company and share structure activity and we are all playing with a full deck.

Long and strong,
